End User License Agreement (EULA) for SUPER YODELLAND
Effective Date: 11.08.2023
Please read this End User License Agreement („EULA“) carefully before using SUPER YODELLAND. This EULA is a legal agreement between you („User“) and Robert Keil – Independent Game Development, governing your use of the Game.
1. License Grant
Subject to your compliance with the terms of this EULA, Robert Keil – Independent Game Development grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Game on a compatible device that you own or control.
2. Restrictions
You shall not, and shall not permit others to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Game.
- Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works from the Game.
- Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices or labels on the Game.
- Use the Game for any unlawful purpose or in any manner inconsistent with this EULA.
- Circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with security-related features of the Game.
3. Ownership
The Game is licensed, not sold, to you. Robert Keil – Independent Game Development retains all right, title, and interest in and to the Game, including all intellectual property rights.
4. Updates and Modifications
Robert Keil – Independent Game Development may release updates, enhancements, or modifications to the Game. You agree to install such updates to ensure continued compatibility and functionality.
5. Termination
This EULA is effective until terminated. Your rights under this EULA will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Game and destroy any copies you possess.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Robert Keil – Independent Game Development be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Game, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
7. Governing Law
This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Landesgericht Salzburg-Land. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this EULA shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Landesgericht Salzburg-Land.
8. Entire Agreement
This EULA constitutes the entire agreement between you and Robert Keil – Independent Game Development regarding the Game and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous understandings and agreements.
By installing and using the Game, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this EULA and agree to be bound by its terms.
